Party time pom poms

Fresh from a trip to my local Ikea (evidently much less stressful without the obligatory Ikea row with the   soon to be other half but much harder to push overloaded trolley to car) I bought a load of simple white paper lanterns to decorate our wedding venue with by hanging them from the rafters of the barn. I have found some inspiring pics from around the web of how others have used them (and of course my own photos will be up on the blog later this year)

I am also now on the hunt for tissue paper and floral wire to make these amazing poms poms to compliment the lanterns. Just have to make sure we can get them down the next day!
